Also, I got my butt back in the gym today. My muscles have deflated slightly and I don't like it! I miss my gym buddy.
Tomorrow is Election Day! Don't forget to vote. And if you have some spare time, you should donate a pint of your blood. You never know when you or someone you love might need some blood. If you tell me you don't like needles, I'll slap you. I don't wanna hear it. I don't like needles either. Who does, besides tattoo artists? Just suck it up for 20 minutes and save a life. Karma dude.
